Rabbits enjoy company, the best option is a neutered male and female, although other combinations can work. Rabbits can be neutered from 6 months of age. Due to mini lops & netherland dwarfs small size having two is a must!!!

Looking for Rabbit Housing?

The ideal outdoor home for a rabbit is a wooden hutch made from heavy wood, with a watertight roof and an adequate exercise area. Indoor Mini Lops & Netherland dwarfs require adequate sized hutches with access to a large area to run & stretch.

Mini Lops & Netherland Dwarfs maybe small but they still need & enjoy lots of exercise, a place to play & jump, dig and investigate. Rabbit toys can be as simple as an empty cardboard box, great for jumping on in and of course chewing.

A rabbits diet should consist of a good quality hay and rabbit food, treats should be kept to a minimum and fresh water should be available.

Hello, and welcome to my website. I started out breeding Dwarf & German Lop rabbits around 6 years ago, over the years I have met many lovely families and had many happy healthy litters who have become much loved family pets. In 2010 we decided to move to Ayr forcing me to sadly downsize.

I have recently decided to concentrate my time on breeding quality pedigree Mini Lops & Netherland Dwarf rabbits, as two of the smallest breeds of rabbit they make fantastic family pets and their size means they are far more managable for children. They have a fun loving nature, and love nothing more than playing with toys and investigating.

As a family we enjoy owning rabbits and they are all firstly much loved family pets, I dont over breed my does so I do have a waiting list for litters which you can be added to on request, every litter is very special & much loved. I breed predominantly for temperament, health & type. I am a member of the Rabbit Welfare Fund, and hope to start entering some rabbit shows soon.
